1984

I chose this as my first literary analysis title, because my tastes lean towards science fiction, and I like Orwell's writing style.

  1. Try a few of these if you havent already, Ender's Game- Orson Scott Card, Fahrenheit 451- Ray Bradbury, Anything Robert Jordan, Robert A. Heinlein's Starship Troopers (or anything else by him for that matter), The Time Machine- HG Wells, 20,000 Leagues under the sea- Jules Verne, The Silmarillion- Tolkein (if you can handle the extended intros of every character ever made, son of every character, son of farfagnoogan, son of snzyrdsddmf, lesser known noble of tree hearth hollow...). If you'd like more, and havent finished all of the Xanth Novels or SW stuff I gave you, then I have many more suggestions. READ READ READ

  2. Haha, I have been meaning to read Ender's game, an the HG and Verne stuff, but I will look at the rest. I have heard of The Silmarillion and, I will definitely find it, as I like all of his other works. I read 451 a couple years ago, and I absolutely love it! I even bought a shirt at the LAPL of the book. I have not finished all the books you gave me, nor the Xanth series, although I do like both and will get around to them when I have time. Thanks
